What is Ceremonial Cacao?

Ceremonial Cacao is a pure, minimally processed form of cacao that has been used for centuries in mindful, intentional settings. Unlike regular chocolate, it retains its natural properties — gently stimulating the heart, lifting the mood, and bringing a soft sense of openness, warmth, and clarity.

We begin the evening by drinking cacao together in a mindful way, accompanied by gentle practices such as meditation, breathwork, and intention setting. In its own quiet way, cacao helps soften the body, calm the mind, and bring you into a state of ease and presence — the perfect preparation for what follows.

What to expect

Once the cacao has settled, you'll lie down and be carried into the Soundbath — an journey of live sounds from singing bowls, gongs, and chimes that guide you into deep relaxation. The two practices together create an experience that is greater than the sum of its parts: a sense of stillness, connection, and gentle well-being that tends to linger long after the evening ends.
