Cacao & Soundbath

In a cacao ceremony we come together to consume ceremonial-graded cacao in a mindful way. Alongside various practices are being offered like meditation, breathwork, sound healing, intention setting, journaling to facilitate deep emotional, mental and spiritual growth. Through the heart-opening effects, cacao can promote feelings of love, compassion, connection with oneself and others. In a soft and gentle way cacao can also help with emotional release, brings softness, openness and kindness to body, mind and spirit. Cacao can increase mental clarity and focus, gives inspiration, sparks creativity, brings profound insights, helps us to break (habitual) patterns, reduce stress and promote a state of deep relaxation and satisfaction. It can elevate our mood and promote feelings of happiness and well-being.
