Reflect, Release, Radiate: A New Year’s Journey

As the year draws to a close, give yourself the gift of a gentle reset. Reflect, Release, Radiate is a two-day retreat at Shivay Studio designed to help you close 2025 with gratitude and step into 2026 with intention. Through guided reflection, meditation, breathwork, soundhealing, yoga, creative practices, journaling, ceremonies and more, you’ll release old weight, welcome new clarity, and leave with practical tools to carry you through the year.

Who it’s for: anyone ready for a conscious reset — no prior experience required.

Group size: intimate — maximum 8 participants to ensure personal attention and deep connection.

Day 1 — Reflection & Release

Looking back with gratitude and grace: A day to honor the lessons of 2025, identify what no longer serves you, and gently release it so you can enter the new year lighter. Highlights include:

Day 2 — Vision & Manifestation

Calling in clarity, abundance, and joy: A day dedicated to envisioning 2026 and building practical tools to make that vision sustainable. Highlights include:

• Grounding morning yoga

• Guided visualizations

• Manifestation workshop

• Creative expression

• Compassionate sharing circles

• Uplifting breathwork

• Affirmation and intentions setting

• Closing ceremony

• When: 24 january (start 10.00) – 25 January (finish 17.00)

• Where: Shivay Studio – Braambosweg 48, 3140 Keerbergen

• Investment: €265 euros (early bird until 30/11/2025), €295 euros (regular ticket until 10/12/2025), €325 (final ticket)

• Includes: All sessions, materials, vegetarian meals & snacks

• Reserve: Limited spaces, max 8 participants

• Overnight stay: In our home in Keerbergen (shared 2 persons bedroom with shared bathroom. Max 2 rooms available. €50 extra per person per night. Breakfast included) or in a nearby Airbnb / hotel (we can provide you with information).

Is this retreat suitable for beginners? Yes. All practices are accessible to beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Modifications are offered for every body and energy level.

Do I need to bring any prior meditation/yoga experience? No — everything will be taught and guided. Come as you are.

What about food & dietary needs? We will provide nourishing vegetarian meals and snacks. Please let us know any dietary restrictions.

Will there be free time? Yes — the schedule includes breaks, time for quiet reflection, and unstructured moments to rest.

Are the practices safe? Yes — every ritual is facilitated with safety and consent in mind. Burning of papers takes place in a controlled fire bowl; alternatives are available for those who prefer not to burn.
