Winter Special: Candlelight Soundbath

On November 28th 2025, we warmly invite you to a unique, soothing soundbath in the intimate glow of candlelight.

Let yourself be embraced by the warm, calming atmosphere and take a journey through sounds that bring complete peace to your body and mind. Surrounded by the soft light of candles and a wintry ambiance, we create an experience that invites you to let go, relax, and reconnect with yourself.

What is a soundbath?

A soundbath can be seen as a healing journey in which the soothing tones of various instruments take you deep into your core. The frequencies and vibrations of the sounds help you let go, reconnect with your body, mind, and intuition, clear your head, and provide insight and inspiration. Additionally, it can help with sleep issues, lowering blood pressure, reducing anxiety and depression, improving focus and concentration, and giving a significant boost to your overall well-being. And perhaps the best part — all you need to do is lie down on a yoga mat and surrender to the sounds.

What to Expect

The session begins with calming yoga poses (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama) to prepare your body and mind. Then, you’ll be immersed in the soundbath—a concert of deeply relaxing sounds that will guide you into a state of deep calmness. The full session lasts about 90 minutes.

Who is the soundbath suitable for?

Everyone aged 16 and up is welcome! If you’re in the first trimester of pregnancy, we kindly ask that you consult your doctor first.
