Breathing Circle Your breath is one of the most powerful tools you have. In this group session, we'll show you how to use it. What is a Breathing Circle? A Breathing Circle is a guided group session using Conscious Connected Breathwork — a rhythmic, uninterrupted breathing technique that allows you to go beyond the busy thinking mind and access a deeper sense of stillness within yourself. Through this practice, long-held emotions and tension that have been stored in the body can surface and release naturally, leaving you feeling lighter, clearer, and more at ease. The collective energy of the group makes the experience even more powerful — many people find they go deeper together than they ever would alone. What to expect In a nurturing, judgement-free space, you'll be guided through the full experience at your own pace. You'll build a continuous, connected breathing rhythm and gradually learn to move through whatever arises with ease and trust. The session closes with time to integrate — to let everything settle before you return to the world outside.
